What do I get with registration?
We include an EPIC t-shirt, bib, tattoo, and EPIC Glow Bracelet!!
We will also have a ton of merchandise for sale
Will the Weather Affect the Race?
Our participants’ safety is our #1 concern.
Events are held rain, shine or snow. In the case of significantly increment weather (i.e. lightning in the area), we reserve the right to alter components of the event or course to address safety concerns, or potentially delay, postpone or cancel the event. In addition, it is possible that while we desire not to cancel the run, our facility and/or municipalities may force the cancellation of the event.
In such situations, there will be no refunds of entry fees. Each participant must accept any such risk of their entry fee. All funds collected have been put to use to develop and produce the event. We promise to make every effort to produce a fair, safe and exciting event. Any decisions made to go forth with the event is contingent on the overall safety, and is made collectively with local risk management, police, fire & rescue, and medical personnels as appropriate.
We reserve the right to withhold any obstacles to maintain a safe course for all runners.
Is the Epic Night Run Timed?
The Epic Night Run is not a timed event. We want all participants to enjoy every moment of this EPIC night and make EPIC memories.
Do I need to wear the EPIC Night run shirt provided?
No you don’t! Here at the Epic Night Run we want you to dress as crazy as you want. We have staff members giving out prizes for EPIC costumes, so we encourage all participants to dress up!
When can I get my Packet?
You can pick up the packet the day before the event from 12noon-8pm. The location will be emailed to you so make sure you keep an eye out in your emails for all the EPIC details. It will also be posted on our event page 3 weeks before the event!
What if i can’t pick up my packet the day before?
That is fine, you can pick up your packet the day of. However, please note that there will be a $5 charge the day of, so make sure you try to come the day before.
Is there a charge for parking?
Yes, depending on the location you’re attending the EPIC Night Run in, there will typically be a charge ranging from $10-$15. Save up by carpooling with friends, family, or even with the new friends you made on our Facebook event page!
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, as much as we love to have them, your EPIC pet cannot attend the run.
Safety is our number one priority for our runners and our EPIC obstacles were simply not designed for pets*.
*Service animals are welcome.
Is there an age requirement for the run?
Yes, you have to be 1-120 of age or you can not participate.
Just kidding! The EPIC Night Run is a fun event for all to come to. We make it so that no matter your age, you can finish your run. We have volunteers at each obstacle, so if you need a little help they will be more than happy to assist.
If the race recipient is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign a waiver on their behalf and they must be chaperoned by an adult over the age of 18.
Do I have to participate in all the obstacles?
No, but where is the fun in that? However, we do make ways around the obstacles for those needed and a staff member is placed at each one for assistance.
Can I bring a stroller or a wheelchair?
Yes. Most courses are stroller and/or wheelchair accessible, so plan ahead and make sure you look at the location on our website and the information event page for details before the event.
Can spectators attend for free?
Yes, but why would you want to just come and watch?
Can I walk?
You can walk, skip, hop all that matters is that you are having an EPIC FUN NIGHT!!
Can I get a refund?
Not sure why you would want to, but we know life happens and things come up. While we cannot offer refunds but you can transfer the registration to someone else.
Are kids allowed?
What would an EPIC night be without your family!! Kids 8 and under are free. They must have a guardian with them to make sure they have an EPIC safe night also!!
